So, I was quite shocked to find that I have actually lost 3lb this week. The only things I have done differently is to add in some gentle exercise, walking, gentle bursts of jogging and some ten minute mini workouts, squats and abs. I just got them off YouTube, and did them in my pants, with the kids watching and laughing!
I have drank wine most evenings ( its stress...its the easter holidyas!!!) and I have eaten chocolate, left over easter eggs and white bread on occasion.
I suppose it must have made a difference, logging everything on MyFitnessPal- even though I went over my calorie goals most days, I guess I would have done alot more damage, if I hadn't been logging in!?
