I have drank wine most evenings ( its stress...its the easter holidyas!!!) and I have eaten chocolate, left over easter eggs and white bread on occasion.
I suppose it must have made a difference, logging everything on MyFitnessPal- even though I went over my calorie goals most days, I guess I would have done alot more damage, if I hadn't been logging in!?
